Delivery

• UK: free standard delivery, usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• EU: free standard delivery, usually 4–10 working days after dispatch.
• US and Canada: free standard delivery, usually 4–10 working days after dispatch.
• Personalised cards are usually dispatched within 3 working days; Starter cards within 1 working day.

Faulty or wrong cards

If your card arrives damaged, has a printing error we made, or its chip doesn't work, email support@tapqora.com within 30 days with your order email and a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge or refund you.

Changing your mind

Starter cards can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Personalised cards (Everyday, Bamboo, Metal) are made to your specification and can't be returned for a change of mind — but your profile can always be edited, so the card never goes out of date.

Lost card

Disable a lost card instantly from your dashboard. Nobody can see anything you haven't published on your profile.
